1. Registration Policy

However, in the case of canceling the registration for registered courses, this is not possible after the start of the course.

4. Payment and Installment Policy


4.1. Payment Methods:



We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), electronic payment services (such as PayPal), and bank transfers.


4.2. Installment Policy:



Users may choose to pay course fees in installments. The first installment must be paid upon registration, with remaining installments paid according to the schedule provided during the purchase process.
In case of non-payment of an installment by the due date, the site reserves the right to suspend access to the course until payment is made.


4.3. Financial Security:



All payments are processed through approved payment gateways that comply with international security standards. We use secure SSL encryption to protect financial data during payment transactions.



5. Refund Policy


5.1. Registered Courses:



No refunds are available after registration for registered courses. Users are advised to ensure their selection before making payment.


5.2. Live Courses:


A refund for live courses can be requested if the request is submitted 14 days before the start of the course.

30% of the amount paid will be deducted as an administrative registration fee.

Refund requests will not be accepted after this period, and the participant is obligated to pay the full course fees at 100% even if he does not wish to complete the course except in cases beyond his control such as death, God forbid, or natural disasters.


5.3. Refund Process:



Refund requests must be submitted via email or through the contact form on the site. Requests will be reviewed and responded to within 7 business days.



6. Intellectual Property Policy


6.1. Ownership Rights:



All content available on the site, including educational videos, articles, images, and text, is protected under German and international copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or modifying any materials without prior written permission is prohibited.


6.2. Intellectual Property Violations:



In the event of any intellectual property rights violations, appropriate legal actions will be taken, including notifying relevant authorities and seeking damages.
